Confirmed: Xcel Energy bonus rebates decrease on October 1, 2026. To receive the current higher bonus amounts, equipment must be installed and invoiced before October 1, 2026, and the rebate application must be submitted by October 15, 2026. Applications received after October 15 are processed at the new amounts regardless of installation date. Standard rebate amounts do not change.

Your home
We use this to note your service area and to prepare your estimate. Nothing is submitted yet.
Your utilities
Many utility rebates depend first on who provides your electricity or natural gas. The equipment type, efficiency, existing fuel source and other specifications then determine which program and amount may apply. Your electric and gas provider are often two different companies — check the top of each bill. If you're not sure, that's fine.

Smaller measures worth mentioning during your estimate
These are not part of the checker, because All In One focuses on priority HVAC and plumbing projects. They are documented here so you know they exist and can raise them when we are already on site.
- Boiler maintenance or tune-up — Black Hills, up to $125, available every two years
- Furnace maintenance or tune-up — Black Hills, up to $30, available every three years
- Smart thermostat — Xcel $50 for ENERGY STAR models eligible for AC Rewards, plus AC Rewards enrollment: $100 bill credit and a $25 annual bill credit; additional Black Hills incentives are verified during your estimate
Black Hills thermostat and maintenance rebates require Black Hills to provide the main heat source fuel. See seasonal maintenance and tune-ups.
The process
Verification comes before installation
Some rebate programs require approval before installation begins. Starting the paperwork too late can make an otherwise qualifying project ineligible for that incentive.
Confirm your utility providers
Your electric and gas providers may run different rebate programs, so we confirm both before reviewing available incentives.
Review existing equipment
We review the fuel source, age, capacity and equipment being replaced. Several programs pay differently depending on what comes out.
Select qualifying equipment
Efficiency tier, rating, capacity and correct sizing all determine whether a rebate applies and at what level.
Verify rebates and preapproval
We confirm current availability and secure preapproval where the program requires it — before installation is scheduled.
Combining incentives
Can rebates be combined?
Sometimes. A utility rebate, a regional program and a manufacturer offer can apply to the same installation but combining is governed by each program’s own rules, and some exclude others or cap the total at a share of project cost.
- Order matters. Preapproval-based programs must be started before work begins.
- Each program has its own paperwork. Documentation overlaps, but forms, photos and signatures do not transfer between programs.
- No total is calculated in advance. We do not add amounts together until your address, utilities, equipment and combination rules are verified.
- All In One reviews possible combinations as part of preparing your estimate.
How each program is handled
Xcel Energy and Power Ahead Colorado are processed through SEALED, the third-party administrator for those programs.
Black Hills Energy and certain other programs are handled in part directly by All In One.
The Colorado Heat Pump Discount works through a participating registered contractor, who claims the state credit and passes the required discount to the customer on the invoice. All In One’s participation in that specific state program is still being confirmed.
Federal tax matters are separate and are handled by the customer with their own tax preparer.

Important information about these amounts
Rebate availability depends on the customer’s address, electric utility, gas utility, existing fuel source, equipment specifications, installation date, contractor eligibility, and remaining program funding.
All rebates are limited-time offers and are based on the latest information available as of the stated review date. Programs and amounts may change or end without notice. Some programs operate on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.
All In One Home Services will verify current rebate availability and final eligibility when preparing the customer’s estimate. All In One Home Services does not guarantee program approval or payment. Tax information on this page is general information and is not tax advice.

Colorado rebate questions, answered
You don’t know for certain until the program administrator confirms it. What you can establish early is which programs are worth pursuing — that depends on your electric utility, your gas utility, the equipment you choose and its specifications. The checker on this page narrows the field; All In One verifies the current rules and amounts when preparing your estimate.
For some programs, yes. Power Ahead Colorado requires preapproval before work starts, and programs with that requirement will not pay retroactively. Power Ahead also depends on your address being in a participating DRCOG community, which is confirmed manually rather than by this checker. Other programs accept applications after installation. Which rule applies to your project is established before installation is scheduled.
Sometimes. Utility rebates, regional programs and manufacturer offers come from different sources, so combining is often possible. But each program sets its own rules, some exclude others, and some cap the total at a share of project cost. No total is calculated in advance — combinations are reviewed as part of your estimate.
It depends on the program. Xcel Energy and Power Ahead Colorado are processed through SEALED, the third-party administrator for those programs. Black Hills Energy and certain other programs are handled in part directly by All In One.
The Colorado Heat Pump Discount works differently again: it is a state credit claimed by a registered contractor and passed on as a discount on your invoice, not something you file. All In One’s registration for that specific program is still being confirmed, so it is not included as a personalized checker match until All In One’s participation is confirmed. The expired federal credits are separate from all of this.
Many utility rebates depend first on who provides your electricity or natural gas. The equipment type, efficiency, existing fuel source and other specifications then determine which program and amount may apply. In Colorado a single home often holds electric and gas service with two different companies, which is why both are asked for separately — but the provider alone does not settle the question.
No. Every amount on this page is an estimate based on published program information as of the review date. Final eligibility and rebate amounts are governed by each program’s rules and administrator. All In One can verify the applicable requirements, but cannot guarantee program approval or payment.
Two things in particular move the number. Some programs, including Xcel Energy and Black Hills Energy rebates, have limited budgets and may change or close when funding is exhausted. And the higher Xcel figures are totals that include a bonus, which is available to customers who heat with natural gas service from Xcel Energy — customers with existing electric heating receive the standard rebate instead.
It reflects program information available as of the review date shown on this page, and is re-checked on a regular schedule. One change is now confirmed: Xcel Energy heat pump and heat pump water heater bonuses decrease on October 1, 2026. To receive the current higher amounts, equipment must be installed and invoiced before October 1 and the application submitted by October 15, 2026. If you are planning a project this year, timing is worth discussing.
No. Federal Sections 25C and 25D ended for new qualifying 2026 projects. Section 25C is not available for qualifying property placed in service after December 31, 2025, while Section 25D is not available for expenditures made after December 31, 2025. Qualifying 2025 projects may still be claimed on the appropriate 2025 tax return.
Colorado’s Heat Pump Tax Credit is separate. It works through participating registered contractors and produces a customer invoice discount; it is not filed by the homeowner. All In One’s participation in that specific state program is still being confirmed. This is general information, not tax advice.
